Position: Customer Service Engineer - Native French speaker to work in European Support Centre.
The Customer Service engineer will be responsible for providing first line support for customers across Europe. Responsibilities include loging, liaise with and escalate all in-bound customer activities relating to customer installations in an Interxion facility. These activities range from monitoring, back up, network and security system to co-ordination of internal resource across the European sites to ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely manner by the local Operations.
| Full Time: | 24 / 7 shift pattern (4 days/nights on 4 days off). |
