Who Should Apply to join the Alliance Programme?The Interxion Alliance Programme is designed for businesses whose primary function is to sell, service, support, or build solutions on the Interxion platform, or to provide solutions based on Interxion services to independent third-party customers.

How does the client referral process work?You refer clients to Interxion. We pay you a recurring commission on everything your customers buy in the first 24 months of their agreement with Interxion.
The process is as follows:You register your client opportunity through the website.
We get in touch if needed to clarify and coordinate.
Interxion follows-up with the client.
Interxion signs a service agreement with the client and delivers the services.
We pay your commission for every referral.
What is covered by the commission?You will earn commission on all services your clients purchase from Interxion in the first 24 months of their relationship with Interxion.
The commission is not limited to services that you request or encourage the client to purchase. If the client purchases additional services from Interxion or their requirements grow in the first 24 months of their relationship with Interxion, you will receive a commission on these services as well, even if you no longer have a relationship with the client.
Where do I register opportunities?Register your clients via the Interxion website via the
lead submission form on the
partner page.
How do I order services for clients?After you refer a client using the online Lead Submission Form, Interxion will work with you to determine the client’s requirements and generate an order.
How does Interxion calculate the commission?Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the value of services from clients you refer to Interxion. Each quarter we calculate your commission based on the total value of invoices which have been paid in that period. Invoices which have been raised but not yet paid are carried over to the following quarter.
How do you report commission?Every time we pay you a commission you will receive a detailed report via email so that you know how the commission payment was calculated.
When is the commission paid?Commission is paid within 30 days of the end of each quarter.
Who maintains the client relationship?With the referral agreement, every client you refer to Interxion is taken on as a retail client of Interxion. We look after them from both a technical support and billing perspective. You have no ongoing obligations to the client from a colocation perspective.
