The Interxion hands & eyes service offers generic installation and maintenance services for customers in Interxion's data centers across Europe. The service provides pre-scheduled and rapid response resources to perform installation or maintenance work on any equipment located at the data center.
Pre-scheduled services
Pre-scheduled services provide you with an on-site technician who will act as your supervised hands to perform simple equipment ‘fixes', referred to as Installation Support and Basic Maintenance; or complex installation, configuration or troubleshooting, referred to as Advanced Maintenance. When a request for service is received, Interxion provides an estimated budget and timeline for completing the work and technicians commence working: quick, reliable and cost-effective.
Rapid response
Interxion can provide you with supervised first-line maintenance support. Both Basic Maintenance and Advanced Maintenance are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Rapid response support provides an on-site technician, 24x7, within a guaranteed response time of two hours.
