Responsible for acquisition and development of new customers and management and development of existing accounts in the UK to achieve Interxion UK overall sales targets, to optimize revenue and profit. 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Farming existing customers and hunting for new business
  • Build and maintain, long-lasting executive relationships with customers and prospects
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the sales process from lead to close, working with cross functional teams as required to deliver solutions and drive a successful sale
  • Negotiates contract commercials and terms within given boundaries
  • Works closely with CRM to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Attends regular events and networking to build pipeline and market presence
  • Is responsible for accurate forecasting and management of opportunities and contracts in


  • Competent in farming existing customers and hunting for new business
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional in negotiation and objection handling
  • Strong influencer, relationship builder and networker
  • Proactive and Client-focussed
  • Ability to navigate through high work and customer demands
  • Approximately 4 years’ experience in a consultative selling area, preferable in Colocation, IT Services or Telecom
