Customer Portal

The Interxion Customer Portal is available to all Interxion customers. The Portal offers anytime access to request basic tasks and services. It streamlines the process of managing temporary access to your colocated IT equipment, opening Hands & Eyes tickets, and making general enquiries. It can also streamline Cross Connects orders. The Portal is available in English, French, German and Spanish.

From a central dashboard account holders can view their full case histories by week, month or year and receive regular maintenance alerts alongside Interxion news and event information.

Contact management

Contact management allows you to create and customise permissions for Portal users in your organisation. Access can be tailored for different Portal users and managed by a designated company administrator or administrators.

Temporary site access

Manage temporary access to your colocated IT equipment in our data centres. Access to a particular data centre, room, or cabinet can be granted to one or more individuals for a specified time period, ensuring maximum security and accountability. Authorised ID and reference details are required. The access request and all the access information is picked up by our on-site security team. All temporary access is logged in your history and can be audited from your dashboard.

Deliveries and removals

Make requests for and authorise the delivery and removal of your hardware and cables to/from the data centre campus. This is also closely managed by our on-site security teams.

Cross Connects (where available)

Order Cross Connects to other Interxion customers and members of our communities of interest .The Customer Portal can allow you to make direct and paper-free orders whose status can be tracked from your central dashboard. Once the order has been validated and agreement received from the other customer, our Customer Implementation Management (CIM) team will execute the order within 3 working days. Disconnections can also be ordered in this way.

Our experienced engineers will install and manage your secure fibre, coax or UTP/STP connections. Our Cross Connect service is available in all our data centres, and is backed by an SLA for mean time to repair. The Portal Cross Connect ordering function is currently available on a limited basis according to country.

All our interconnectivity runs through centralised Meet Me Rooms in each of our data centres, enabling our customer communities to do business with minimal latency. The Meet Me Rooms are secure and private, with rigorously maintained cable management that supports tracking, flexibility for changes, and easy maintenance.
