Our Hands and Eyes service ensures that you receive consistent engineering and operational support at any of our sites.
The service provides cost-effective and reliable, pre-scheduled and rapid-response resources to perform installation or maintenance work on any equipment located at the data centre. Because they are on site and familiar with the environment, our technicians can be a more cost-effective alternative to using your own or third-party resources, and may be able to address the need more quickly.
Services we can provide include equipment installation and configuration, technical assistance and troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance support, and custom configurations and installations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our experienced technicians are trained in the latest technologies and the service is offered with built-in flexible SLAs to cover any eventuality and any support requirement, giving you confidence that your mission-critical equipment is always running.

We provide two levels of pre-scheduled services. In each case, an on-site technician will follow your instructions, acting as your supervised hands. Our Basic Maintenance service covers simple equipment fixes or installation. Our Advanced Maintenance service covers more complex installation, configuration or troubleshooting. When a request for service is received, we provide an estimated budget and timeline for completing the work and, upon your acceptance, the technicians can start work.
Rapid response services provide supervised first-line maintenance support for your equipment. We offer both basic maintenance and advanced maintenance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a guaranteed 2-hour response time from our on-site technician.
