At Interxion we realise that speed of installation and flexibility are critical to your business and as a result we are launching a new Cross Connect service on the 7th April 2015.
From the 7th April 2015 all new Cross Connects must be ordered directly via the Customer Portal. Click here to Download the Manual.
This new service will enable you to place orders in a matter of minutes allowing you to more efficiently and effectively connect to Interxion’s communities of interest and manage your Cross Connect inventory.
We’re planning two webinars to explain the changes in more detail:
- April 8 - 1pm BST
- April 9 - 1pm, BST
- How to complete the Cross Connect order form via the Portal
- How to submit the order form via the Portal
- Monitoring the different stages of the order via the Portal dashboard

Please note that signing up to the Portal is necessary for all future Cross Connect orders.
