Why Interxion In Europe?

Expand Across Europe With Our Pan-European Data Centres

If you’re looking to expand your reach into or across Europe, we can help. Our 36 cloud and carrier-neutral data centres span 11 European countries. By joining the 1,400 Interxion customers who already rely on our high-performance, fast, reliable and secure data centres you will have access to over 500 connectivity providers, and Internet exchanges. You’ll also be colocated with innovative cloud providers and communities of like-minded businesses, giving you the potential to cut capital and operational costs while improving your organisation’s performance and flexibility.

  • Well-connected at the gateway to the world

All our data centres are located in near-city centre locations (<15km) giving you direct and low-latency access to Europe’s leading business and residential centres. Because we’re cloud- and-carrier neutral we have access to over 500 carriers and ISPs across Europe and we host 20 Internet exchanges – more than any other European data centre provider.  This range of connectivity providers means that you can reach over 90 million broadband subscribers and around 76% of the European GDP, as well as choosing the provider who gives you the performance and pricing you need.

Our Frankfurt, Vienna and Stockholm locations provide access to carriers serving Central & Eastern Europe as well as the Far East, and act as perfect gateways to these regions.

  • Communities of interest to boost business potential

We have over 1,400 customers across a range of key sectors including cloud, communications, digital media, enterprise, financial services and systems integrators. Our data centres provide hubs where companies across the value chain for a given sector can connect with a range of business partners as well as carriers, improving performance and reducing costs. Customers also benefit from the opportunity to develop new business relationships and revenue streams with other companies in the community.

  • Financially stable and well managed

We have a seasoned management team with deep domain expertise in the data centre industry. We are also financially stable, having enjoyed 25 consecutive quarters of QoQ organic revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth, achieved during the most severe economic downturn in decades.

  • We know Europe – local knowledge and expertise

We are headquartered near Schipol Airport, Amsterdam – one of the major transport hubs of Europe – and operate across Europe with local country teams in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK.  Our strong country management teams understand the local markets – not just from a legal, regulatory and tax perspective, but also culturally. If you are looking to roll out or extend your operations across Europe, our experts can share their local experience with you, ensuring that your business benefits from the opportunity to leverage this knowledge.

  • Local teams ensure constant operational and maintenance support

Our local service delivery and assurance teams provide operational and maintenance expertise around the clock. In addition, services such as our Hands & Eyes mean your equipment is safe in our data centres, whether you are in the same city or on the other side of the world.

  • Pan-European customer support and a single point of contact

We offer our customers a Master Services Agreement with one contract and one set of exceptional service levels across all markets, whichever data centre or country you’re in. This makes it easier for you, in turn, to standardise your offering and service across Europe.

Our ECSC: European Customer Service Centre provides you with multi-lingual support through a single point of contact: 24/7, 365 days a year, helping us deliver uniform quality and service, including consistent account and service management, reporting and billing.
