Customer Service Technician (f/m/d)

You will be actively handling optical and electrical installations within our Datacenters, providing technical support to our international customers, managing Cross-Connections, cablings, installations, documents and testing. You will act as the “hands and eyes” of our customers and provide them with on-site support. You will operate migration and maintenance activities, while providing constant feedback through our internal systems.
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a technical or electrical environment
- Experience with electrical wiring, wiring networks and optical fiber installations; data center experience would be of advantage
- Vocational qualification in a technical field or local equivalent education (CAP)
- Good understanding of Microsoft office applications (e.g. Excel)
- Good team-working skills, analytical, team player, accurate, flexible working manner, proactive, stress-resilient
- Fluent in German and English
