Customer Service Technician

Your Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be supporting our customers by carrying out a variety of IT and telecoms-related tasks, allocated by our European Customer Service Centre. This will include installing and testing customer equipment and cabling, often working closely with third party engineers to ensure the work meets SLAs for security, quality and service. Where appropriate, you’ll also escalate tasks to other engineers or senior managers.

What you’ll need

With a computer or telecom-related Bac+ 2 or equivalent, you’ll be used to supporting customers in managing networks and cabling. With a focus on customer service, you’ll have the ability to build strong working relationships, prioritise work and operate effectively in a high-pressure, technical environment. You should be fluent in English, ideally with knowledge of data centres, IT infrastructures and fibre optic / copper cabling.
