Customer Service Technician

Your Role

Based in our European Customer Support Centre, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customers across Europe. Working shifts, including weekends and nights, you’ll join a team monitoring our data centres and responding quickly to everything from change requests to alarms. You’ll be handling incoming customer requests by email, phone or CRM and managing and resolving them yourself or escalating them to the relevant Interxion contact in line with ITIL V3. This means working closely with a range of corporate customers and our Operations teams to ensure we meet our SLAs.

What you’ll need

You’ll have experience of working shifts in a 24/7 international support team and delivering excellent customer service in a technical environment. This means you’ll need to be a confident communicator, with the ability to deal with corporate customers at all levels in English and either German, French or Spanish.

Ideally, you’ll be used to working with ITIL procedures and will have a basic understanding of data centre and networking terms. You’ll also need to be well-organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high pressure environment.
