Customer Support Engineer

Your role

Working closely with colleagues from interfacing departments, you’ll be providing network-related services to a range of clients. This includes installing customer equipment and cabling, maintaining our facilities infrastructure and keeping all documentation up-to-date. You’ll also be involved in troubleshooting, as well as providing occasional out-of-hours support. It’s a great opportunity to develop your skills working with international technical teams to develop our systems.

What you'll need

  • Education in a relevant technical field
  • Ideally, some experience of customer support in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of cabling standards and network engineering
  • Good communication skills in English to B2 level
  • Strong service and support skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • A hands-on approach
