Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll ensure our site technical infrastructures operate reliably, that energy is managed effectively and that levels of service are maintained. This involves working closely with on-site infrastructure teams, as well as engineers and service providers to manage infrastructure capacity, monitor performance and anticipate demand based on future customer needs. As well as analysing the needs for upgrades, you’ll help to create and implement an effective maintenance schedule to minimise risk, while improving energy management and ensuring that all monitoring systems work efficiently.
What you’ll need
- With a technical infrastructure background gained in a data centre or large-scale production environment, you’ll combine technical versatility with a proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
- You’ll be a trained technician or engineering one of these areas: electricity (generators, inverters, low-voltage distribution), air conditioning, fire and physical security (access control, video system, intrusion), or CTM systems.
- A confident communicator in English and French, both verbally and in writing, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and knowledge of software such as Autocad, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and MS Project.
