Group Operations Maintenance Manager
Operations, 28 February 2019
As we continue to grow, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our processes and reporting on statutory and critical maintenance compliance is consistent across the group. You’ll define the group maintenance policy and ensure best practice and industry standards are followed, as well as reporting on maintenance targets. This will involve reviewing relevant procedures, method statements, risk assessments and asset records, as well as defining best practice at both group and individual country level. You will be looking to consolidate and standardise contracts and review KPIs and SLAs to reduce risk and cost. You’ll also monitor country maintenance performance and regularly inspect local data centres to ensure they’re following group policies.
What you’ll need
You’ll be an experienced senior technician and facilities manager, with strong project management, planning and problem-solving skills. As an articulate communicator, you’ll have the ability to manage performance and influence colleagues and contractors at all levels. You’ll have extensive experience of working in a critical, mechanical or electrical environment in a large multinational, including leading a team. You’ll also need a background in continuous process improvement and defining and managing KPIs. With experience of managing large-scale maintenance programmes and using maintenance management systems, you’ll have the ability to present to a variety of audiences and have strong report-writing skills.
