HR Administrator (f/m/d)

Your role

You’ll be the go-to person for all our employees on everything relating to payroll accounting, taxes, social security and other benefits. This means you’ll handle pre- and post-processing fee accounting, support internal and tax audits. You’ll also be the main contact for our finance department and external authorities, offices and health insurance companies. As well as providing day-to-day admin support for our HR team, you’ll deal with any questions about the Protime time management system.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of HR or payroll administration gained in a similar IT or technical business.
  • Experience using MS Office and HR systems such as SAP Success Factors.
  • Proven knowledge of tax, social security and employment law.
  • Completed commercial training in payroll accounting.
  • Confident communicator in both German and English.
  • Used to dealing with people at all levels across an organisation.
