You’ll support the local HR team with all admin issues, including dealing with mail, filing documents and sending out invitations to interviews. This includes keeping the HR system up-to-date on issues such as employment contracts, benefits, parental leave and work permits. You’ll support every aspect of HR, from recruitment and onboarding, to holidays, salary reviews, contract management and exits. In short, you’ll play a key role in helping us to recruit, develop and retain the best people.
What you'll need
- Proven HR administration experience and a desire to build a career in HR in an international organisation
- The ability to work accurately to meet deadlines and a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Dutch and English
- MBO level approach to work
- Good MS-Office skills
