As an experienced HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers to create a motivating and challenging environment for our valued employees to work in. You will advise your line managers on various HR topics and support them from a tactical and operational level by guiding their annual plans. In addition to the regular HR activities, an important component of your role is the establishment and improvement of training and development plans for the operations department. You give shape and content to the career possibilities of our Engineers. You support and advice the line on inflow, mobility and outflow matters. You use initiative and look for opportunities to add value on HR matters for the business and the wider HR team. Your focus will be on the “Operations” department, which is the biggest department within Interxion Netherlands. In this role you will also work together with your international HR colleagues and with HQ.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor/University degree in HR;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, ideally in an international environment;
- Available for at least 36 hours a week;
- Have up to date knowledge of Netherlands employment legislation;
- Demonstrable experience of handling employee relations queries;
- You like to work with technicians;
- You are customer centric, result oriented and a critical thinker;
- Flexible, team player, hands-on approach, pro-active, self-starter, detailed;
- You know how to manage expectations and have strong stakeholder management experience;
- Fluent in Dutch and English both written and oral is a must.
