HR Specialist for Recruitment and Talent Management (f/m/d)

Your role

You will be a part of the local HR team, responsible for recruitment and talent management. You will use social media (LinkedIn, Xing) to approach potential candidates and manage the selection process using the internal system and following the internal procedures. Talent management will be your second focus, where you will, together with the HR Director, manage the internal training requirements, development programs and workshops. As part of the HR team, you will support in other areas like employer branding and the engagement survey.

What you’ll need

  • Social Sciences Degree or relevant commercial education
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment / active sourcing
  • Generalist recruitment experience / Social Media recruitment knowledge (desirable: direct sourcing experience)
  • Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with diagnostic instruments and procedures (assessment / personality tests) and in the application of competency models
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Proficient in English
