ICT Support Engineer (f/m/d)

Your role

You’ll be providing, supporting and maintaining all our EUC-devices for users across the data centre, from personal computers, laptops and mobile phones, to video conferencing and meeting room shields. This will involve being part of a 24x7 helpdesk and acting as the first point of contact for all user issues, resolving or escalating them to meet SLAs and managing incidents. You’ll be installing, configuring and maintaining a variety of devices and systems and supporting hardware and applications. Acting as a field service for the ICT Services team, you’ll also ensure system changes are carried out effectively. This means you’ll be a frequent visitor to a wide range of Interxion sites.

What you’ll need

  • IT, ICT or user support experience, or a background in IT administration
  • The ability to manage and support a range of EUC devices
  • Knowledge of service management tooling
  • Windows, Office, Windows Servers, IOS, VMWare, Win10, Office365, Microsoft Servers 2012, 2016, Skype and Teams skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • An independent work approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Secondary Education level + ICT related studies
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
  • Availability outside usual office hours
