Inside Sales Representative

Your Role

You’ll be managing a range of existing small and medium-sized accounts, selling our products and services by phone or online. This involves developing strong customer relationships to understand their businesses and their potential interest in products and services, so you can offer relevant solutions to meet their needs from a defined bundle of products. You’ll be generating, following up and closing sales to meet targets and liaising with Operations teams to hand over contracted installations. This means you’ll need to ensure all paperwork is available to relevant teams, passing on customer requests and answering their queries. In short, you’ll play a key role in generating income and keeping our customers happy.

What you’ll need

You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced inside sales environment with a focus on high level customer support, combined with sound knowledge of the data centre industry. Naturally, you’ll need to be an articulate communicator and a good listener, with excellent phone skills and the ability to think on your feet and develop sales opportunities. With an understanding of inside sales processes and contract management, you’ll be well-organised and used to working in a target-driven team. Fluent in business English, with a strong sales record, you’ll have a high school diploma or equivalent, ideally combined with knowledge of SalesForce software.
