International Business Manager

Your Role

We have great plans to grow our international business in Austria and you’ll be at the heart of it. You’ll work closely with our International Account Directors to set up international customer contracts in Austria and then you’ll be the customer’s main local relationship manager. This will involve liaising with a range of teams in our data centres to ensure we meet all SLAs, as well as keeping the Account Directors aware of any new sales opportunities to continue to grow our pipeline of international business in Austria.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience of customer relationship management, ideally in a data centre, telco or IT environment
  • A senior international sales coordination background, including managing relationships
  • Excellent project management and sales skills
  • C1-level English (selling and negotiating)
