Key Accounts Operational Manager

Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll make sure all interactions between us and our customers, such as client requests, agreed actions and due actions, are recorded and followed up. This will involve regular communication with customers to develop strong working relationships and implement complex action plans to ensure we meet our SLAs. As you build your knowledge and understanding of customers’ current and future needs, you’ll also have the chance to influence the way we develop Interxion products and services.

What you’ll need

You’ll need an IT-related Bac +5 level qualification, ideally combined with a 3rd management cycle and extensive experience of managing major customer accounts. With a focus on customer service, you’ll have the ability to build strong working relationships, prioritise work and operate effectively in a high-pressure, technical environment. You should be fluent in English, ideally with knowledge of data centres, IT infrastructures and fibre optic / copper cabling.
