Your Role

You'll provide, support and maintain all EUC devices across our business, including staff PCs, laptops and mobile phones, as well as video conferencing and meeting room shields. This means you’ll be the first point of contact for all technical issues, providing 24x7 support and analysing, planning and ensuring any related work is carried out effectively, including installing and configuring local applications and devices. From activating and deactivating subscriptions to asset administration and managing incidents, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running. You'll also be leading and maintaining a reliable helpdesk, from motivating and developing your team to managing suppliers.

What you'll need

  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL service management and relevant tooling
  • Extensive IT support experience in a demanding environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience of building teams working at different locations
  • Strong experience of Windows, Office, Windows Servers, IOS and VMWare
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • MBO+ ICT-related education
