Your Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in maximising our revenue opportunities and making a significant impact on our bottom line. In five years, we’ve significantly increased our number of service agreements and you’ll develop our commercial operations framework and processes to ensure our country management and sales teams are making the most of contract opportunities. This will involve developing high quality post-sales contract management processes, as well as generating relevant reports and analysis to support decision-making and influence pricing policies. You’ll also play a part in making relevant improvements to Salesforce.com.

What you’ll need

As a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen, you’ll have proven experience of analytics, process improvement and pricing. Ideally with experience of using Salesforce.com Apttus, you’ll have extensive Excel knowledge and a background in developing and maintaining reporting templates. You’ll be well-organised, with a logical approach to your work. A confident communicator and problem-solver, you’ll be used to working in cross-functional teams and liaising with senior managers up to board level. You’ll need to be fluent in business-level English, ideally with knowledge of at least one other European language.
