Personal Assistant of the Manager Operations

You’ll be at the heart of the Operations team in our Vienna data centre, giving administrative support to the Manager Operations (MO). This is a varied role, as you’ll be handling communications, managing a diary, arranging travel and dealing with expenses. You’ll also be involved in planning and organising meetings, taking accurate minutes and preparing reports and presentations. Working closely with the MO and the wider Operations team, you’ll also lead a variety of small projects and will be a vital contact with our head office teams.
What you’ll need
- Extensive experience as an office manager or a PA supporting C-suite roles
- A proven background in an international organisation
- Effective and persuasive communication skills in both English (C1 level) and German
- The ability to gain the respect of people at all levels to get things done
- Strong organisational skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude
- (Technical) high school education
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office
