Sales Support & Contract Management Specialist (f/m/d)

You will be responsible for supporting the local International Business Management (IBM) team with day to day administration. You will monitor the entire contract management process from creation to archiving on assigned portfolio of Global and/or International Accoutns. You will manage the CLC (customer life cycle) process, monitor data (pricings, SLAs, contract durations, etc..) and advise the Account managers with their Sales Activities. You will administrate the customer information within our relevant systems such as Salesforce.
What you’ll need
- Commercial education (eg. legal assistant) or economic studies
- 3 - 5 years experience in a commercial and/or legal environment
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- Pro-acitve attitude
- Able to multi-task work
- Customer/business focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (on different levels)
- Organisational skills
- Knowledge of contract legal language
- Basic Technical Understanding
