Your Role

In this varied role, you’ll be supporting our sales team throughout the sales process. This involves everything from following up notes from customer meetings and dealing with correspondence, to helping with lead generation and proposals, managing contract documentation and monitoring account performance. You’ll also work closely with managers to support sales compliance and performance, including training the team in Salesforce, looking for ways to improve support processes and tracking performance against targets. You’ll often be the first point of contact for most of our customers, so it’s a great opportunity to develop both your skills and your career.

What you’ll need

With strong knowledge of Salesforce and a strong customer focus, you’ll have the confidence to analyse customer requests, solve problems and advise on all aspects of using the Salesforce system. You’ll be a proven administrator with experience of supporting the sales process in a technical organisation. This means you’ll enjoy working with technical systems and have the energy to handle a variety of tasks at the same time. Working with a dynamic sales team, you’ll need to be fluent in both Dutch and English, with the ability to influence people at all levels across a number of countries.
