Senior Service Operation Engineer

As Senior Service Operation Engineer you will be part of an engaged team with three colleagues in Stockholm and four colleagues in Copenhagen, with reference to our Nordic Service Operation Manager.
Your future role:
In this position, you are responsible for excellent performance of the infrastructure running the data centre i.e. electrical and mechanical utility and supply such as power, cooling etc. Together with good colleagues you plan, order parts and vendors, control and report preventive and corrective maintenance for all installations. You respond to alarms and handle them according to guidelines.
You are to monitor performance of the equipment and installations and provide input on power usage and capacity utilization for customer reports, planning etc.
Moreover, you are handed over new data centres from build-out and are responsible for final implementation, tests etc., in close collaboration with experts from our HQ office, to make sure the new centres are ready for new customers as planned.
Your experience and formal certification as AP Graduate in Service Engineering allows you to have the overall responsibility for all technical installations, including our strong current connections and generators.
Data centers are highly regulated environments. Therefore, the position requires that you have a sound approach to quality and procedures, that you acknowledge the importance of timely and adequate documentation, such as change requests and reports and that you understand the necessity to follow current SLAs, procedures etc.

- Experience in data centers or a similar high secure environment is considered a significant advantage
- A strong technical background, proven by results
- A certification as AP Graduate in Service Engineering

The ability to be comfortable working autonomously but you are a good team player as well.
It is essential that you are persistent and a quick-learner, due to a dynamic and demanding work-environment.
Due to the international nature of this position, it is essential that you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
