Your role

As Service Delivery Engineer you are part of our 24/7 team that is strengthening the company’s focus on more than 1200 customers. One of your key tasks will be to understand customers’ needs, act professional and timely in order to ensure SLAs are always met. Amongst a variety of tasks you will be required to install, debug, replace and patch servers at customers’ request. You will have a client facing character in order to perform customers site tours in our data centres as well as endeavoring to support our continuous improvement culture and bringing up suggestions to improve our quality, our efficiency and the way we work.

What you’ll need

    • You will hold a certification as an electrician or have a similar technical background with a broad understanding of the tasks to perform in a data centre.
    • You will have a good technical knowledge about physical installations, fibre network, monitoring systems as well as installation and operation of servers.
    • You will be used to working in an environment where quality and security is key, you adapt to systems easily, are able to get an overview and to understand complex settings.
    • You will have the right approach, morale and conscience towards customers and colleagues. You are outgoing, service minded, and it is part of your DNA to meet deadlines and deliver as agreed.
