Your role

If leading and overseeing a Service Delivery function and team and managing the services specialists and analysts within it in all facets of their career sounds like your kind of challenge, read on. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, there will be lots of internal contact with international and local operations, sales and cross-functional teams, finance, our local office, and, of course, customers. Your challenge will be to ensure that our services are being delivered in line with Customer Support Plans and to agreed SLAs. We’ll also rely on you to take an end-to-end view of each agreed service and be proactive when it comes to the continuous improvement of service delivery. Put simply, you’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction and consulting on operational improvements - you’ll capture the ‘Voice of the Customer’ and act on it.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications environment
  • An impressive track record in a Service Delivery role
  • Great communicator in writing and on phone/presenting
  • A positive approach and the ability to deal with situations diplomatically and efficiently
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience gained working in customer relationship roles
  • ITIL Expert Certification (Service Delivery Management)
