Service Operations Manager

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Copenhagen data centre and lead and develop our Service Operation team. This will include handling facility and infrastructure maintenance to keep our mechanical and electrical infrastructure running effectively, developing preventative maintenance schedules, introducing operational procedures and supporting life cycle and expansion projects. In this position there is a close collaboration with our valued customers both in the day-to-day planning and execution, and during customer meetings and audits. At the same time, you’ll be a motivational manager to your team, developing their knowledge and skills and ensuring they provide a quality service, while following all health and safety regulations. With a degree of autonomy and the scope to influence the smooth running of a fast-paced data centre, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark.
What you’ll need
- Experience of managing operations and maintenance team in a technical organisation, supporting critical infrastructure
- Being able and willing to support with hands-on support to the team when needed
- Strong budget, resource planning, administrative and leadership skills
- Knowledge of managing a team to meet KPIs
- Good technical/electrical and maintenance background
- Strong technical experience in an electro-technical or industrial/mechanical environment
- Fluent in both Danish and English
