Service Planning Admin (f/m/d)

You’ll be involved in a variety of activities to give vital support to the service planning team. This includes taking meeting minutes, preparing status reports and statistics and managing purchase orders and invoices by liaising with the finance team. You’ll also manage security entrance registrations for all customers and contractors. In short, you’ll deal with all administrative issues relating to a range of projects, suppliers and service operation teams.
What you’ll need
- Experienced systems or process administrator.
- Extensive knowledge of business support and a background in an IT-related business, including experience as a technician.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on processes to deliver great service.
- Flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
- Educated to vocational level.
- Good understanding of MS Office applications, such as Excel.
