Your Role

As a Shift Leader you will have supervisory responsibility for a small shift team, ensuring that our systems are monitored and operational at all times. That means you will be using your knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous experience in critical environments to handle requests and alarms using the correct procedure, whilst also setting an example to your team.

You will recognise yourself as being a warm, open and friendly person, an excellent communicator no matter who you are talking to or what the situation is. Cool and calm under pressure, you are able to resolve even the trickiest problems.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of leading shifts in a 24/7 international support team and delivering excellent customer service in a technical environment. This means you’ll need to be a confident communicator
  • The ability to deal with corporate customers at all levels in English and either German, French or Spanish
  • Used to working with ITIL procedures and BMS systems and will have an understanding of data centre and networking terms.
  • Well-organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high pressure environment.
