To provide technical, (preventative) maintenance, repairs, installation and customer service support in order adhere to agreed SLAs with clients and to maximise client satisfaction. Main responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact for ECSC for technical requests
  • Troubleshoot and fix cross connect issues
  • Installation of customer equipment in line with specifications
  • Respond to tickets within agreed SLA’s
  • Work within Interxion guidelines and procedures
  • Provide feedback to the customer on status’s
  • Provide level of customer services as indicated in the client contract
  • Under the coordination of the Customer Implementation manager, install or supervise installation of customer equipment in the Data Centre and keep a complete record of the process and results
  • Installation and testing of Cross Connects
  • Installation of pre-caballing
  • Accurate documentation of all installations
