Daniela Stifter joined Interxion in July 2019. Her role consists of a variety of responsibilities primarily centered around ensuring we have the right talent, teams and organizational strategy to support the execution of our strategic business initiatives. This also involves supporting the full employee life cycle – recruiting, developing, managing, engaging and incentivizing our talent.
Prior to joining Interxion, Daniela held a variety of HR leadership positions with increasing responsibility. She brings over 14 years of HR experience to this role, especially in the fields of Organizational Design, Recruiting, Performance and Talent Management. Daniela has a degree in Social Science from the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg, as well as a degree in International Relations from the Universidad de Chile.
