We  are looking for a technically adept support function with focus on customer service and implementation working on our campus in the north of Vienna. 

 

Your future role?

 

Provides administrative and technical support to the Customer Implementation Team

  • Acts as a point of contact for implementation questions
  • Assesses customers with respect to implementation requirements
  • Supports in the coordination of RFPs
  • Documents project implementation requirements and processes and draws in AutoCad
  • Drafts proposals for specific purchase requirements
  • Tracks customer orders, opens tickets, forwards information to responsible departments, sends confirmation to customers and provides customers with completion notifications
  • Forwards relevant documents for invoicing (signed order form, completion date and amount to be filled) to Finance department
  • Updates CIM database with customer information
  • Prepares (status) reports and statistics for requests
  • Generates a monthly report covering the requests and projects that are ongoing and closed
  • Executes process of Cross Connects
  • Tracks CRM footprint and customer audit and informs ESCS about necessary changes

 

Your profile?

  • Educated to a vocational level preferably in a technical field (like industrial engineering)
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, sales-related and/or technical role
  • Good understanding of MS Office applications and excellent AutoCad-user
  • proficiency in English and German (educated to at least B2 level Englisch and C1 level German of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • previous experience in an international organisation desirable
  • accurate, pro-active and solution-oriented approach regarding work
