Som følge af udbruddet af Coronavirus (COVID-19) og de seneste anbefalinger fra de offentlige myndigheder (Coronasmitte.dkFødevarestyrelsen og Sundhedsstyrelsen) og Verdenssundhedsorganisationen (WHO) har vi med øjeblikkelig virkning besluttet at tage følgende forholdsregler på vores datacenter-campus i København for at forhindre spredning af Corona.

Vi beder alle vores kunder om kun at besøge vores datacenter-campus, hvis det er absolut forretningskritisk.

Hvis dit arbejde ikke er forretningskritisk, beder vi dig venligst udsætte dit besøg. Dette påvirker også planlagte site audits, som vi venligst beder dig om at udsætte, hvis muligt. Vi beder om dette, for at forhindre spredning af Coronavirus og for derved at beskytte vores ansatte, kunder og den generelle drift.

Hvis du har brug for at komme ind på vores datacenter-campus, ønsker vi at du prøver på at gøre dit besøg så kort som muligt og udfører dine opgaver hurtigt. Som en anden forebyggende foranstaltning tillader vi kun adgang via hovedindgangen, hvor alle besøgende vil blive stillet spørgsmål om deres potentielle eksponering for Coronavirus, før de får adgang til datacentret.

Når du opholder dig på vores datacenter-campus, henviser vi til, at du venligst følger retningslinjerne som fremgår af vores skiltning rundt om på campus. Skiltningen rådgiver besøgende om, hvordan man kan forhindre infektionsrisikoen ved at følge de hygiejneanvisninger, der er offentliggjort af WHO.  Interxion har ydermere opsat ekstra hånddesinfektion rundt om på campus. Alle kunder er opfordret og velkomne til at raise hands and eyes tickets, men vi opfordrer dig til at overveje nødvendigheden af din anmodning, så vi har mulighed for at hjælpe vores kunder i prioriteret rækkefølge.
 

I øjeblikket, er der ingen direkte påvirkninger på datacenterdriften. For at sikre, at der ikke vil være indvirkning eller begrænset indvirkning på vores levering af service i fremtiden, har vi hos Interxion truffet følgende yderligere foranstaltninger:

  • Vi har implementeret en plan for at opdele alle kritiske roller, som styrer og drifter datacentret
     
  • Vi har implementeret et europæisk hold ekstra ingeniører til at køre datacentre, om nødvendigt
     
  • Alle medarbejdere, der ikke er kritiske til at drive datacentrets operationer, bliver bedt om at arbejde hjemmefra.
     
  • Alle rejser, der ikke er forretningskritiske, er forbudt
     
  • Der implementeres ekstra daglig rengøring af anlægget
     
  • Der er indført nye aftaler for fødevarelevering til datacentrene
     
  • Alle ikke-forretningskritiske face-to-face-møder erstattes med digitale opkald
     
  • Vi har daglige risikovurderingsmøder, for at overvåge og gennemgå den seneste udvikling
     
  • Vi vil fortsat overvåge situationen nøje, vurdere risiciene og tage de nødvendige skridt for at sikre fortsat drift af vores faciliteter og service.



FORHOLDSREGLER SOM EN KONSEKVENS AF CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIEN:

  • Din temperature vil blive målt ved brug af en temperatur-scanner (berøringsfri) før du kan få adgang til vores datacenter faciliteter.
     
  • Du vil blive skannet inden du kommer ind i receptionsområdet.
     
  • Alle besøgende med en temperatur lig med eller højere end 38ºC (> 100,4°F) vil ikke få adgang til vores datacenter faciliteter.


OBS: Dette er en nødvendig foranstaltning for at sikre vores medarbejdere, kunder og den daglige drift af vores datacentre.

 

Såfremt du er omfattet af et eller flere af nedenstående kriterier, vil du ikke blive tildelt adgang til vores datacentre i Danmark:

  • Har været på udenlandsrejse inden for de sidste 14 dage eller haft tæt kontakt med personer som har været på udenlandsrejser i samme periode.
     
  • Hvis du for tiden oplever et af følgende symptomer: feber (> 100,4°F | 38°C), hoste eller åndedrætsbesvær.
     
  • Hvis du i øjeblikket er under karantæne, som foreskrevet af en læge eller offentlig sundhedsmyndighed.
     
  • Hvis du inden for de sidste 14 dage har haft nogen tæt kontakt med en person, der er diagnosticeret med COVID-19 eller nogen, der udviser nogle af symptomerne nævnt ovenfor.

Customer statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

Following the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the most recent recommendations from governmental authorities and the World Health Organisation, we have, with immediate effect, decided to take the following precautions at our data centre campus in Denmark to prevent the spread of the virus.

Starting today and until further notice, we ask all our customers to only visit our data centre campus if it is absolutely business-critical.

If your work is not business-critical, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit. This also impacts planned site audits, which we would also kindly ask you to postpone, if possible. We are asking this to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and thereby protect our employees, customers and overall operations.

If you need to enter the site, please try to make your visit as short as possible and carry out your tasks swiftly. As another preventative precaution, we will allow access only via the main reception, where all visitors will be questioned about their potential exposure to Coronavirus before allowed access to the data centre.

When you are at our site please follow the signage in our facilities advising visitors on how to prevent the risk of infection by follow the hygiene guidelines published by the WHO. Interxion has provided additional hand sanitizers on the campus. All customers are encouraged and welcome to raise hand & eyes tickets, but we urge you to consider the level of urgency for your request, so we can help our customers in order of priority.
 

Currently, there are no direct impacts to data centre operations. To ensure that there will be no or limited direct impacts to our delivery of services in the future, Interxion is taking the following additional measures:

  • We have implemented a dispersion plan for all critical roles to run the data centre
     
  • We have implemented a European SWAT team of extra engineers to run the data centres if needed
     
  • All employees that are not critical to running the data centre operations are asked to work from home
     
  • All travel that is not business-critical is banned
     
  • Extra daily cleaning of the facility is implemented
     
  • Additional sanitary articles and hand sanitizers has been added 
     
  • New arrangements for food delivery for the data centres have been implemented
     
  • All non-business critical face-to-face meetings are replaced with digital calls
     
  • We have daily risk assessment meetings to monitor and review the latest developments



PRECAUTION AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC:

  • Your temperature will be measured using a scan (non-contact) in order to be allowed entrance to our data center facilities.
     
  • You will be scanned before you enter the reception area.
     
  • Any visitor with a temperature equal to or greater than 38ºC will not be able to access the data center facilities.


NB: This is an added precaution in order to protect our employees, customers, suppliers and partners and the overall data center operations.



As a precaution, you won’t be admitted entrance to the data centres in the following circumstances:

  • Having travelled in the past 14 days or you have been in close contact with someone who has been abroad.
     
  • Currently experiencing any of the following symptoms, including a fever (>100.4° F, 38°C), cough or difficulty breathing
     
  • Currently under quarantine, as prescribed by a doctor or public health authority
     
  • If in the past 14 days, have had any close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or anyone exhibiting the symptoms listed above.
