Vigtige kundeinformationer og retningslinjer vedrørende Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Som følge af udbruddet af Coronavirus (COVID-19) og de seneste anbefalinger fra de offentlige myndigheder (Coronasmitte.dkFødevarestyrelsen og Sundhedsstyrelsen) og Verdenssundhedsorganisationen (WHO) har vi besluttet at tage en række forholdsregler på vores datacenter-campus i København for at forhindre spredning af Corona.

Vi beder alle vores kunder om kun at besøge vores campus for at udføre vigtigt arbejde i selve datacenteret.

Vi beder også om, at så få personer som muligt, kommer for at udføre arbejde. Hvis dit arbejde ikke er vigtigt, beder vi dig venligst udsætte dit besøg. Dette gælder også planlagte fysiske audits, som vi venligst beder dig om at udsætte.

Hvis du har brug for at arbejde i datacenteret, ønsker vi, at du forsøger at gøre dit besøg så kort som muligt og udfører dine opgaver hurtigst muligt.

Vi gør opmærksom på, at følgende ikke er tilladt at afholde i øjeblikket:
- lange ophold i vores kundelounge
- møder med kunder
- sitetours med kunder
- træningssessioner

Når du opholder dig på vores datacenter-campus, henviser vi til, at du venligst følger retningslinjerne som fremgår af vores skiltning rundt om på campus. Skiltningen rådgiver besøgende om, hvordan man kan forhindre infektionsrisikoen ved at følge de hygiejneanvisninger, der er offentliggjort af WHO. Dette dækker blandt andet brug af håndsprit og minimum 1 meters afstand til andre besøgende og vores

Vi vil også gøre dig opmærksom på, at vores mødelokaler og customer lounge alle er påført et maksimalt antal per lokale for at sikre mindst 2 m² per person. Alle retningslinjer findes i vores faciliteter.

Såfremt du er omfattet af et eller flere af nedenstående kriterier, vil du ikke blive tildelt adgang til vores datacentre i Danmark:

  • Hvis du for tiden oplever et af følgende symptomer: feber (> 100,4°F | 38°C), hoste eller åndedrætsbesvær.
  • Hvis du i øjeblikket er under karantæne, som foreskrevet af en læge eller offentlig sundhedsmyndighed.
  • Hvis du inden for de sidste 14 dage har haft nogen tæt kontakt med en person, der er diagnosticeret med COVID-19 eller nogen, der udviser nogle af symptomerne nævnt ovenfor.
  • Hvis du på anden måde er omfattet af et af sundhedsmyndighedernes påbud – f.x kommer fra et ikke åbent land.

Customer statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

We ask all our customers to only visit our danish campus to carry out important work in the data centre.

At the same time, we also ask our customers to send as few persons as possible to get the work done. If your work is not important, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit. This also impacts planned on-site audits, which we would also kindly ask you to postpone. When you are at the site, please try to make your visit as short as possible and carry out your tasks swiftly.

For time being, the following are not allowed:
- Long stays in our customers' lounges
- Meetings with clients at the site
- Site tours
- Training sessions

If you need to visit our data centres please follow our guidelines for minimizing the risk of infection from COVID-19.

These guidelines are advising all customers to use the sanitization products in the public areas when entering the site and keep a minimum of one meter apart from other visitors and staff when you are at the site.

You will also find that there is a maximum to how many people the different meeting rooms can hold to secure min 2 m2 per person. You will find signage with the guidelines in our facilities.


As a precaution, you won’t be admitted entrance to the data centres in the following circumstances:

  • Currently experiencing any of the following symptoms, including a fever (38°C, >100.4° F), cough or difficulty breathing
  • If you are currently under quarantine or self-isolation, either because this has been deemed appropriate by a medical professional/representative of a public health authority, or if you are following specific Government recommendations; For example travelling in from countries that are banned
  • If in the past 14 days, have had any close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or anyone exhibiting the symptoms listed above.

We have instigated a working from home policy to keep the number of people attending our sites to a minimum, this measure is intended to protect our employees, customers and partners, so we kindly ask the customers with offices within our data centers to also adhere to the same principles and encourage their teams to work away from the data center wherever possible.

We are asking all this to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and thereby protect our employees, customers and overall operations.
