Vigtige kundeinformationer og retningslinjer vedrørende Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Som følge af udbruddet af Coronavirus (COVID-19) og de seneste anbefalinger fra de offentlige myndigheder (Coronasmitte.dkFødevarestyrelsen og Sundhedsstyrelsen) og Verdenssundhedsorganisationen (WHO) har vi besluttet at tage en række forholdsregler på vores datacenter-campus i København for at forhindre spredning af Corona.

Vores danske datacenter er åbent og kører med normal drift. Vi beder dig om at overholde nedenstående retningslinjer, når du besøger os.

  • Fremvisning af gyldigt Coronapas
  • Din temperature vil blive målt ved brug af en temperatur-scanner (berøringsfri) før du kan få adgang til vores datacenter faciliteter.
    - Du vil blive skannet inden du kommer ind i receptionsområdet.
    - Alle besøgende med en temperatur lig med eller højere end 38ºC (> 100,4°F) vil ikke få adgang til vores datacenter faciliteter.
     
  • Oprethold altid social afstand og prioriter personlig hygiejne
  • Overhold retningslinjer for social afstand fra alt personale
  • Prioriter personlig hygiejne, såsom hyppig håndvask og brug af tilgængelig håndsprit, åndedrætsetikette (dæk næse og mund med arm ved nysen) og undgå at røre ved øjne, næse og mund.
  • Når du er på vores datacenter campus, skal du følge skiltningen i vores faciliteter og rådgive besøgende om, hvordan du forhindrer infektionsrisiko ved at følge de hygiejniske retningslinjer, der er offentliggjort af WHO eller lokale myndigheder.
  • For nu kan du kun få adgang til vores campus via vores hovedindgang. Derudover har Interxion placeret hånddesinfektionsmidler flere steder over hele campus.

Som en sikkerhedsforanstaltning forbliver sikkerhedsscreening gældende ved adgang til datacenter campus, og du får ikke adgang, hvis:

  • Oplever influenzalignende symptomer, har testet positivt for COVID-19 i de sidste 14 dage, har været i direkte kontakt i de sidste 14 dage med alle bekræftet positive for COVID-19, eller som i øjeblikket afventer resultater fra en COVID-19 test .
  • Rapporter straks eventuelle positive tilfælde af COVID-19 på stedet (eller mistanke om positiv eller afventende test) til Interxion.

Vi beder om alt dette for at forhindre spredning af Coronavirus og derved beskytte vores medarbejdere, kunder og den overordnede drift.

Når du opholder dig på vores datacenter-campus, henviser vi til, at du venligst følger retningslinjerne som fremgår af vores skiltning rundt om på campus. Skiltningen rådgiver besøgende om, hvordan man kan forhindre infektionsrisikoen ved at følge de hygiejneanvisninger, der er offentliggjort af WHO. Dette dækker blandt andet brug af håndsprit og minimum 1 meters afstand til andre besøgende.

Vi vil også gøre dig opmærksom på, at vores mødelokaler og customer lounge alle er påført et maksimalt antal per lokale for at sikre mindst 2 m² per person. Alle retningslinjer findes i vores faciliteter.

Customer statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak
 

Interxion’s data centre facilities globally remain fully operational with onsite technical staff monitoring and supporting your critical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with local government and health agency guidelines, Interxion is maintaining a risk-based, safety-first programme focused on maintaining operational continuity for our customers. As a result, we want to remind all customers that despite the ease of restrictions in some regions, the following protocols will remain in place at all Interxion facilities:

Maintain social distancing at all times & prioritise personal hygiene

  • Maintain social distancing guidelines from all personnel  
  • Prioritise personal hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing and use of available hand sanitiser, respiratory etiquette (cover nose and mouth w/ arm when sneezing) and avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
  • When you are at our site please follow the signage in our facilities advising visitors on how to prevent the risk of infection by follow the hygiene guidelines published by the WHO or local government. 
  • For now, you can only access our campus through our main entrance. Additionally, Interxion has placed hand sanitizers at multiple places all over campus.

As a precaution security screening remains in effect upon site entry, and you will not gain access if:

  • You are not able to show a valid Corona passport
  • Your temperature will be measured using a scan (non-contact) in order to be allowed entrance to our data center facilities.
    - You will be scanned before you enter the reception area.
    - Any visitor with a temperature equal to or greater than 38ºC will not be able to access the data center facilities.
     
  • Experiencing flu-like symptoms, has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, have been in direct contact in the past 14 days with anyone confirmed positive for COVID-19, or who is currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test.

Immediately report any onsite positive cases of COVID-19 (or suspected positive or pending testing) to Interxion.

We are asking all this to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and thereby protect our employees, customers, and overall operations.
