The best location for your control database to meet regulatory requirements

Online gambling legislation in the Netherlands has changed. The Dutch government has adopted the Distance Gambling Act, as a result of which the Dutch market for online games of chance is expected to open as of 2021. In order to obtain a license and offer online games of chance on the Dutch market, the gaming authority requires that iGaming operators set up a control database (CDB) and place it in the Netherlands.
