Our North Building facility is located within the Manor Royal Business District, the biggest business park of the Gatwick Diamond area, as well as one of the south east's premier mixed activity employment hubs. This site is a 120,000 sq. ft. multitenant facility, housing Turn-Key Flex Datacenters.

The facility is ideally situated for easy access from London and the South Coast, only 2 miles from Gatwick Airport and 40 miles from London Heathrow, and 30 miles from Central London.
