You will support the Marketing & Sales-team with your primary place of action in Vienna. 


Your future role?



  • Supporting with marketing events by setting appointments, mailing documents to prospects/customers, setting up booth, pre/debriefing sales and updating Sales Force
  • Fulfilling call-centre-campaigns (process facilitator, meeting coordination with Sales, reporting, administration of new appointments, regular contact to call centre agency (incl. face to face meetings)
  • Partially independent creation and research of Marketing Collaterals (proof reading, organization of translation, layout design)
  • Independent research and ordering of Marketing give-aways
  • Complete support in campaigns (press releases, whitepaper, webinar, campaign follow-up, research, social media, lobbying, blog posts)
  • Creating and maintaining various lists (spending’s, events, etc.)
  • Supporting with surveys, market researches, reporting and HQ projects
  • Creating daily updates & content
  • Creating customer references, case studies and newsletters
  • support service as stand-attendant at events and exhibitions


Administration/Office Management

  • Salesforce Administration: Integration of generated Wins and Leads and implementation of Marketing Campaigns
  • Keeping carrier and customer list up-to-date
  • Flight and hotel bookings for Sales/Marketing/guests
  • Organizing visa whenever necessary
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls
  • Registering Sales & Marketing colleagues for external events and trade fairs
  • Taking minutes at the weekly Sales and Marketing meeting together with the Country Manager
  • E-Req generation and administration of the online purchase order numbers
  • Regular screening of company related magazines regarding company related publication for archiving
  • Organizing and ordering Interxion branded clothes for employees
  • Mail processing (incoming and outgoing)
  • Table reservations


Your profile?

  • completed higher education (A-level)
  • minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/marketing/sales assistant role
  • good command of MS Office applications
  • proficient in English (level B2)
  • excellent communication skills

  • excellent organizing ability

  • structured and accurate way of working

  • dedicated, positive and service oriented personality
