Apprentice Operations Support

Your role

You’ll help manage continuity of service for our customers by ensuring a close working relationship between infrastructure managers and maintenance teams across France. This will involve coordinating the smooth implementation of relevant policies, processes and procedures and working closely with senior managers at each site to review and monitor all infrastructure maintenance work. From setting out best practice and creating documentation to measuring progress, checking operating procedures and encouraging knowledge sharing, you’ll play a key role in maintaining customer service across our French business.


What you’ll need

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • The ability to create formal procedures and documentation
  • A thorough, rigorous approach to your work
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Engineering degree (ESIGELEC, ESIEE, UTC etc.)
