Your role


Leads and oversees the Service Delivery function and team and manages the services specialists and

analysts in all facets of their career. Is responsible and ensures that services, as defined under the

various Customer Support Plans, are being delivered according the agreed SLAs. The SDM takes an

end to end view of the agreed services and is proactive with respect to the continuous improvement of

service delivery. The Service Delivery manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and consults

on operational improvements. The SDM proofs the consistency between the technical scope of

contracts and the realized operational margin.


What you'll need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics (MBA),
  • Engineering or related discipline or equivalent
  • work experience in customer relationship
  • Experience in the datacentre sector or telecommunications

  • Experience in leading and supervising a team

  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
