The holder of this position reports directly to the Operations Support and Planning Department Manager. They will fulfil their day-to-day role under the supervision of the administrative support and planning team manager. The role involves very close links with the Operations department, and functional links with Interxion France's other departments. The holder of this role will be in contact with the ECSC and all other Group entities in charge of reporting and key performance indicators. The duties of this position are of national scope.
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer assistance department or equivalent
- Thorough working knowledge of common Microsoft tools (especially Excel), and ideally experience with database management software.
- Technical experience in one of the following domains: Telecoms, IT infrastructure, data cabling and management of technical installations would be an advantage
- Fluent English
