Leads and oversees the Service Planning and Support function and team. The SPS ensures that all services to customers and maintenances activities are planned in accordance with SLA and operations standards and requirements, and within the given timeframes. He ensures that his team provides all requested administrative and technical support regarding data center activity.
What you'll need
- Minimum 8 years' experience in customer support and/or facility management and/or project management role
- (customer), preferably in the Telecom or IT field, ideally in the data centre field
- At least 5 years' managerial experience
- Technical experience either in Telecommunications, IT infrastructure or data cabling,
- electrical systems is a plus
- Project management experience required
- Fluency in English
